  • Dates: 5 – 8 August 2026
  • Entry Fee: R17,000 per four-ball team
  • Handicap Cap: Handicaps will be capped at 24

Wednesday, 5 August — Arrival Day
  • 11:00 — Shotgun Start (Optional Practice Round)
  • 17:30 – 18:00 — Registration & Activation — Proshop
  • 19:00 — Welcome & Team Auction (19:30 start)
Thursday, 6 August — Tournament Day One
  • 06:00 – 09:00 — Breakfast
  • 07:00 – 09:00 — Two Tee Start: 4 Ball Alliance (2 scores to count)
  • Halfway: Grab & Go Snack
  • 11:00 – 15:00 — Lunch
  • 12:30 – 14:30 — Two Tee Start: Foursomes 9 Holes
Friday, 7 August — Tournament Day Two
  • 06:00 – 09:00 — Breakfast
  • 07:00 – 09:00 — Two Tee Start: Foursomes 9 Holes
  • 09:00 – 11:30 — Two Tee Start: Better Ball Stableford
  • Halfway: Grab & Go Snack
  • 14:00 – 16:00 — Lunch
Saturday, 8 August — Final Day & Gala Evening
  • 06:00 – 09:00 — Breakfast
  • 07:00 – 09:00 — Two Tee Start: Individual Stableford

  • 18:00 – 18:30 — Gala Dinner (Dress Code: Oktoberfest)

Tournament Format & Rules

Entry requirements and terms of play
  1. All players must hold an official SAGA handicap to enter.
  2. All players must have played and registered at least 6 rounds in the 12 months prior to the event.
  3. The handicap you start the event with is your handicap for the remainder of the event.
  4. All players to play off the tournament tees. Handicaps will be capped at 24.
  5. No under 18s are permitted to take part in this tournament.
  6. Golf carts are for the players' own account at R380 per cart, per round.
  7. Team players may help each other with putting lines in the individual competition.
  1. Teams are only eligible for one daily prize.
  2. It is each player's responsibility to ensure all scores are recorded on the HNA system.
  3. Full payment is required to confirm entry. No entry is confirmed until payment is received.
  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 17 July 2026.
  5. The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme or format if circumstances require.
  6. All participants must adhere to club rules and treat fellow competitors with the utmost respect. Disciplinary action will be taken if rules are not adhered to.
